Assist hooks are very strong hooks designed to be mounted on jigs.
The rules to be respected are as follows:
1/ the distance between the point and the hook shaft must be greater than the width of the Jig
for info 13/0 30 mm, 11/0 25 mm, 9/0 21mm, 7/0 19 mm
2/ it must be mounted on a special assist hook braid, ideally kevlar, and mounted on a welded ring (avoid a broken ring that will cut the braid by friction). This welded ring will be connected to the rolling swivel by a broken ring (see pictures)
